Terralux is holding a public information session on their 360 unit development plan for our parkland at 791 Arundel St. This information session will be hosted by Stantec, the engineering consulting firm that Terralux has hired for this development. City Planning department employees may be on hand but we do not anticipate any City Councillors to be in attendance.
This is your opportunity to see the latest detailed plans and drawings and to ask questions. You can also voice your concerns, but we stress it is crucially important to put those concerns in writing and forward them to the City at planning@thunderbay.ca no later than July 24, 2026.
